How it Works

Click the “SUBSCRIBE” button above – this will take you to the subscription plan’s product page.

2 Personalise Your Box & Checkout

From the plan’s product page you can choose who you want the subscription boxes to be addressed to and include an optional message.

On clicking Add to Cart your plan will be placed in the cart ready for you to checkout at any time.

3 Wait for Your Boxes to Arrive!

After checkout all you have to do is sit back and wait for your subscription box to be delivered to your door.

Shipping

📨 We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hrs to deliver to any UK address Royal Mail reaches.

🚲 We aim to make our Wirral deliveries by bike.

📆 We will send your box the third week of the month after we receive your first payment.

Box Size

🎁 Our boxes are A4 size 320x230x20mm (12.59×9.05×0.8″) or🎁 A5 size 218x159x20mm (8.58×6.25×0.8″) and should fit through most letter boxes.

Cancellation

📆 Monthly Plans:

Your boxes are shipped after your card payment. Cancel anytime before the next card payment to end the monthly subscription.
Cancel by emailing hello@ukunplugged.org with the card payer’s name and address.
As all of our boxes on the Subscription are made-to-order and personalised, they cannot be returned for any reason unless faulty.

Can I buy just 1 box?

Yes! Our boxes make excellent birthday gifts and travel well. You can order them individually here.
