Hamilton Bear is our stowaway from Peru! A spectacled bear, he wears a traditional chullo and poncho and waves ‘hi’. He came over on a ship bound for Birkenhead and meets Admiral Grau, who names him Hamilton, after Birkenhead’s Hamilton Square. We have a comic strip about his adventure that you can download to find out more!
